I have had a love for health and fitness since a young age, as I grew up playing competitive sport. I competed in track running at a high level for my high school years, pushing myself hard every week to get better. I channeled this passion into my studies, having completed 2 years of B. Physiotherapy at University. I want to pass on my knowledge and experience to you all and help you achieve your goals.

As your coach, I want to see you thrive in all aspects of life. I want to create a community of strong, healthy and HAPPY clients!

2025

2022 LIL:

Overtraining, under-eating, not prioritising recovery

Struggling to stay consistent due to constant burnout

Negative self image - always felt like I wasn’t lean enough (my BMI was ‘underweight’)

Had to quit competitive running because I was not adequately fuelling or recovering, leading to constant injuries which meant I had to miss months of training at a time.

2025 LIL:
6kg heavier, able to lift more, run further

Was able to complete a half marathon injury-free because I was adequately fuelling and recovering

Training 4-5 times per week rather than every day

Scheduling my training and nutrition around my cycle, allowing me to maintain balance and have the energy to do the things I love (surf, train, see friends, adventure)

No more crazy cravings because I am adequately fuelling my body when its caloric needs increase.

Finally loving myself, feeling confident and HAPPY
